MEETING:

7:40 PM: Chair called the meeting to order.

Officer Reports:

Chair:
Northcon Seattle, is next month.  Joe Tabor is interested in having a 
booth if there are others that would want to share one.

The Chair solicited additional speakers for the year.

Treasurer:
Income from dues is $150 for the month of February (to date).

Expenses for February include a $12 checking account fee.

Joe Tabor needs to be reimbursed for the cost of maintaining the ORCNET 
web site.

The current balance is $2100.

ORCNET membership fees are due no later than April 1, 2004.

Secretary: NONE

Webmaster:
There are two conventions coming up in Portland.  The Open Source 
Conference July 26-30 at the Marriott, and the International 
Mixed-Signal Test Conference June 23-25.  The call for papers has been 
extended to March 8, 2004.

There has been no additional maintenance to the web site.

The webmaster asked members to check the website to make sure there are 
no errors.

Pat Barrett proposed that we consider moving our web site to Kavi.

Activities:
Please email requests for activities you are interested in.

Business:

The chair motioned that the meeting minutes from 9/03, 10/03, 12/03 and 
01/04 be approved.  The meeting minutes were approved.

The treasurer motioned that Joe Tabor be reimbursed $600 for the ORCNET 
web site update.  His reimbursement was approved.

New Business: NONE
